Leadership update at EWM

Environmental Waste Management Ltd (EWM) announces a planned change to its senior leadership team

Wayne Holdaway stepped back from his day-to-day role on 1 October 2026 and will leave the business on 31 December 2026. We thank Wayne for his contribution over the past four and a half years and wish him every success for the future.

Sean Murray, previously Commercial Director, has been appointed Managing Director and now leads the business. He is the principal point of contact for all matters previously handled by Wayne, and will continue to focus EWM on customer service, operational delivery and sustainable growth across its environmental and wastewater services.

Sean is supported by an experienced management team. Stuart Garrett leads Operations, Peter Faud and Noemi Newbury lead Transport and Compliance, Lee Beckwith oversees People & Safety, Leanne Pack leads Finance and Louis Dimmock oversees Commercial.
